FES FM has worked extensively with the Council's Estates team since 2014 focusing on integrating services in order to achieve value for money.

Doncaster Council’s new Civic Office was officially opened in January 2013 and has a net internal area of 14900m2 with strong 'green' credentials featuring the latest environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies such as natural ventilation and roof top planting for rainwater harvesting. This makes the low carbon offices highly efficient with low running costs.

Following the initial twelve months of operation during which time the building was maintained by the original M&E installation company’s FM division, the contract was tendered and FES FM were appointed under a five year contract to provide a complete ‘Hard’ Facilities Management service for the Council’s Civic Office.

FES FM together with Doncaster MBC has developed a strategic operating partnership. From this established relationship, we are able to develop a number of collaborative initiatives. These include a partnership approach to supply chain where we share information from our supply chain and ensure that we derive added value through integrating suppliers and specialist subcontractors between our organisations and within the local Community.
