FES FM have been providing Hard Facilities Management services to the Forestry Commission since 2010.

Following a successful re-tender exercise, FES FM increased the scope of works delivered to the Forestry Commission across their Scotland wide estate by offering value add solutions.

FES FM provides a highly flexible solution to the Forestry Commission and works closely with client representatives to manage changes in the property portfolio as buildings are added to and removed from the contract.

The Forestry Commission portfolio covers all areas on Scotland from the Borders to the Highlands and includes properties on the Western and Northern Isles.

Our extensive geographical coverage in Scotland allows us to provide a reactive maintenance services to all Forestry Commission properties in Scotland. Our flexible and proactive approach has resulted in a successful working relationship with the Forestry Commission Building Compliance Team.
