FES FM has been supporting Community Health Partnerships since 2010 on a 23 year contract.

FES FM has worked extensively with Community Ventures Limited for some eight years providing FM support to three of its NHS LIFT schemes which focus on integrating health and social care services in a community setting. The LIFT model has proved successful in delivering real improvements to the provision of primary care and related healthcare services such as dentistry, chiropody, physiotherapy and access to local authority social services in an integrated setting.

FES FM together with Community Ventures have developed a strategic partnership with various PCTs in the area and now provide Facilities Management services to both the NHS LIFT estate as well as local PCT retained estates. From this established relationship, we are able to develop a number of collaborative initiatives.

As with all healthcare related projects, it is critically important that services are delivered in such a way as to ensure the continuity of clinical and administrative functionality, maintain a safe controlled environment and deliver services in a flexible manner around the clinical needs of staff and patients.

Scope of planned and reactive M&E maintenance services include:

  • Planned and Reactive Fabric Maintenance Services
  • Lifecycle Works
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Project Management
  • Helpdesk Services
