FES FM has worked closely with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) Estates team since 2014 focusing on delivering services that offer value for money whilst ensuring the operational integrity of all facilities.

FES FM together with TfGM has developed a strategic operating partnership. From this established relationship, we are able to develop a number of collaborative initiatives.

As with all projects where services are delivered in close proximity to client staff and members of the public, it is critically important that these are delivered in such a way as to ensure the continuity of functionality, maintain a safe controlled environment and deliver services in a flexible manner around the  needs of stakeholders. It is also important to maintain robust back up procedures such as having additional staff resources to cover for unplanned absences and also ensuring we maintain adequate stocks of critical spares and components in order to be able to rectify failures regardless of when they arise.
