Across the FES Group, we work to deliver social value on our projects, to benefit the local community.  Our social value strategy considers the social, environmental, and economic impact we can provide and ensures this is at the forefront of project delivery from commencement to completion.

As part of this commitment, we invest in the provision of educational opportunities to improve the employability of people living locally to our project sites. We are pleased to have engaged several Graduate Apprentices across our business in 2022.  These appointments include four Graduate Apprentice Surveyors, one Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineer, and one Graduate Apprentice Software Developer.

Graduate Apprenticeships provide a blend of university-based learning and hands on practical experience of the workplace.  FES is delighted to provide these opportunities to support the workforce of the future.
