We are delighted to announce the arrival of this year’s apprentices with the appointment of 41 new trainees throughout the FES Group of companies. Apprenticeships have been created across a range of building services trades including:
- Electricians
- Heating Engineers
- Sprinkler Fitters
- Fire and Security Engineers
- Data and Communications Technicians
- Prefabrication Engineering
- Plumbers
- Facilities Management
Through these apprenticeships, we offer hands on industry experience alongside college or university studies which result in a formal recognised qualification. Our trainees will be supported by our highly experienced site teams and will be mentored throughout their training. Our purpose-built Training Academy provides additional learning opportunities and support from our in-house Training Manager.
FES offers a range of potential career routes for our apprentices, including roles within our engineering, mechanical, electrical, facilities management, data, and communication divisions. As a family run business with an ethos of investing in our teams and promoting from within, several members of our senior management teams started their own careers with FES as apprentices.
